The Importance of Quality Time
Spending quality time with your son fosters closeness, trust, and open communication. Whether you are bonding over a shared hobby or simply spending time together, these moments have a lasting impact on your relationship. Research shows that children who spend quality time with their parents are more likely to develop better emotional regulation, higher self-esteem, and improved social skills. As your son grows, the nature of your activities may change, but the benefits of quality time remain constant.
